The Southerness Maintenance Corporation, through its Board of Directors, is empowered by Article III, Section 1, of the By Laws governing the Association, to manage the business and affairs of the property.  The Certificate of Merger was effective on March 8th, 2018.  The board meets monthly. Legacy at Odessa National is a deed restricted community.  Our community has three sets of documents that govern our community; Master Declaration, Bylaws and Governing Resolutions. You should have received a copy at the time you made settlement on the property. Below you can find all of these documents and have the ability to download each document.

The first document is the Active Adult/Lot Maintenance Declaration of Restrictions. This defines the party agreements, and Deed Restrictions for all homeowners.  Click here to obtain a copy.

Planning on making a change to the exterior of your home or the property?  Pursuant to Resolution 2018-02 you must follow the ARC Specifications and Requirements. You must submit an Architectural Request for Change form and receive in writing approval BEFORE you start work.  Please reference the above documents for guidance.  Click here to get your request form.
